Terms of Use for AniPulse

By creating an account, signing in, subscribing to AniPRO, posting community content, or using AniPulse, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. Community Safety

AniPulse has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, sexual content involving minors, or abusive users. Community features are for anime discussion, watchlist activity, profile expression, and friendly social interaction.

• Do not post abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Do not harass, impersonate, exploit, or target other users.
• Do not use AniPulse to spam, scam, or distribute malicious links.
• AniPulse may filter, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these rules.

2. Reporting and Blocking

Users can report objectionable forum content and block abusive users from the mobile app. Blocking removes that user's content from the blocker's forum feed and thread view, and reports linked to blocked content are sent to AniPulse moderation.

We review objectionable content reports within 24 hours and may remove the content, restrict features, suspend access, or eject users who provided offending content.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the content you post, including forum threads, replies, profile text, comments, and other user-generated content. You grant AniPulse permission to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

We may remove user content at any time if it appears to violate these Terms, our safety rules, platform policies, or applicable law.

4. AniPRO Subscription

AniPRO is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional AniPulse features. The subscription title is AniPRO Monthly. The subscription length is monthly. The price is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

On iOS, payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. AniPulse does not sell personal information or use email addresses for third-party advertising tracking.

6. Account Access

You are responsible for keeping your login provider account secure. If you believe your AniPulse account has been misused, contact us so we can help.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as AniPulse evolves. Continued use of AniPulse after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
