  • Payment Information: If you choose to upgrade your account for additional perks, your payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect, process, or store your full credit card details or bank account information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used strictly to run AniPulse and provide you with a good experience. We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your user account.
  • Authenticate your logins seamlessly via Google, Discord, or MyAnimeList.
  • Process your subscription payments and deliver your premium perks.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We respect your digital footprint. AniPulse does not use targeted advertising trackers (like Google AdSense), ad retargeting pixels, or cross-site marketing profiles. We do use privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics, including custom events, to understand product usage and improve the website experience.

Our analytics implementation is used for operational and product insights (for example, anime card/detail engagement, watchlist actions, AniSwipe usage, search usage, and friend/comment activity), and is not used to identify you by name, email address, or for ad targeting.

  • Facilitate secure connections through our authentication providers (Google, Discord, MyAnimeList).
  • Process secure checkout sessions via Stripe.
